Terms of service
These terms are a contract between you and Kazeyami Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”) for the mobile game Arrow Quest and this website. By downloading, installing, playing the game, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or the site.
Our privacy policy and cookies policy explain how information is handled. They form part of this agreement.
1. The game and the site
Arrow Quest is a logic puzzle in which you tap arrows in a sequence so they leave the board without colliding. The website describes the game, links to Google Play, and hosts these legal pages. We may update, patch, add levels, change rewards, or discontinue features. We will try not to remove progress without a good reason, but we do not promise that every level, coin balance, or event will remain available forever.
2. Eligibility
You must be allowed to use Google Play and to enter a contract in your country. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms and supervise play. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and Google account.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Arrow Quest on devices you own or control, for your private entertainment, in line with these terms and the Google Play terms. You do not buy the game itself — you licence it. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or decompile the game except where the law says you may;
- cheat, use unauthorised mods, bots, or exploits to alter progress, coins, or hints;
- remove trademarks or copyright notices;
- use the game or site for anything unlawful, or to harm other players or our systems.
4. Virtual items, coins, and purchases
The game may include virtual coins, hints, boosters, cosmetics, or ad-removal items. These are licensed, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. If you buy items, Google Play processes the payment under Google’s terms. Taxes and prices are shown at checkout. All sales are final except where Google’s refund policy or consumer law in your country says otherwise. We are not responsible for purchases made without your permission from your Google account; contact Google Play support for those.
If we reasonably believe coins or items were obtained by fraud or an error, we may reverse them.
5. Advertising
The game may show third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads (for example extra hints). Ads are provided by partners and may leave the game or open another app. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products they promote. You can often reduce personalised ads in your device settings; see the privacy policy.
6. Progress and availability
Progress is typically stored on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing data, changing devices, or a device failure can erase it unless a cloud save is offered and you have used it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, store outages, or force majeure can take the game or site offline.
7. Intellectual property
Arrow Quest, the maze artwork, icons, UI, music, and this website are owned by Kazeyami Innovations Private Limited or our licensors. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. You may not use our name or assets to imply a partnership that does not exist.
8. Feedback
If you send ideas, level complaints, or suggestions, we may use them without paying you or giving you credit. Do not send anything you are not willing to give us that licence for.
9. Disclaimer
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, that every puzzle has only one solution you will like, or that it will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, or lost coins, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game or this site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Arrow Quest in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the game or site or your breach of these terms, except to the extent we caused the harm.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms, cheat, or if we stop offering the game. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that should survive (including 7–11 and 13) remain in force.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence that we will respect where the law requires it.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. The new version applies when we post it on this page with an updated date. If you continue to play after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not, uninstall the game.
